Immersed in the quiet countryside between Mantua and Lake Garda our 9 independent apartments, built in 5 characteristic residential units, welcome you for a stay of relaxation and comfort. 

Located just 1 km from the centre of Volta Mantovana, our farm holiday has a vast garden with an outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by an orchard which offers authentic aromas and flavours.

The country-style apartments with a welcoming atmosphere have a fully equipped kitchen and a living area,  ceilings with wooden beams and terracotta floors which give them a unique charm.

Each unit has a seating area with a sofa and flat-screen satellite TV, while most apartments also offer a private patio where you can relax and enjoy the quiet of the surroundings. 

In the shared garden you will find a practical barbecue for a pleasant outdoor cooking and a swimming pool.

Prices are per person per night and include the full use of the kitchen, the supply of fresh sheets and the final cleaning. The cost of heating during the winter months will be calculated separately.

We would like to inform you that breakfast service is not available at our farm holiday. However, you will have a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal to cook your meals and enjoy an authentic and independent experience during your holiday.
